Your negotiating team met with the employer on December 16 and 17. Despite our best efforts to reach a tentative agreement, we have reached an impasse. Rates of pay are the main outstanding issue.
We will be requesting the appointment of a Federal Conciliation Officer to meet with both parties in an attempt to reach a settlement. We will advise when conciliation meeting dates are set early in the new year.
