At first glance, there appears to be limited direct impact for UCTE in this year’s budget. No references to airports or ports, except for a commitment to remote and northern airports. with no new money. Little about the Canada Infrastructure Bank and not a word about privatization. No mention of Churchill. Increased funding proposed for Canadian Coast Guard
