The Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLRB) has agreed with PSAC’s request to bypass the Public Interest Commission (PIC) process for the EB bargaining group. The EB bargaining team is now reviewing the decision and will assess our next steps.
We announced similar news for the PA group in June, which had also declared impasse earlier this year.
