There is a dedicated mailbox for classification grievances and inquiries regarding classification-related matters. The following types of grievances:
- classification grievances,
- job content/statement of duties grievances, and
- acting pay grievances related to members’ job classification,
should be sent to the PSAC Classification team mailbox at classification-schedule@psac-afpc.com.
Using the correct mailbox will help the union meet the grievance timelines.
