Update: NAV CANADA Bargaining

The NAV CANADA bargaining team spent two days this week bargaining with the employer to make important updates to your collective agreement. Our bargaining team continues to reiterate the issues that are important to members and remain focused on negotiating the best and strongest deal possible. The priorities we’re fighting for are to

• Obtain fair wage increases for NAV members, ensuring that we do not fall behind other employee groups in the company
• Introduce an on-the-job training allowance, which most other groups at NAV CANADA already have
• Improve members’ protection from layoffs
• Ensure that all members have access to reasonable telework arrangements
