The Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLRB) has agreed with PSAC’s request to bypass the Public Interest Commission (PIC) process for the PA bargaining group. The PA bargaining team is reviewing the decision and will assess our next steps.
As previously announced, the PA bargaining team declared an impasse in February, as did the EB group and later the TC group. Mediation followed for the PA and EB groups in May and June without significant progress.
