A tentative agreement has been reached between the UCTE/PSAC and Bouygues Energies and Services (advanced security provider at Winnipeg Airport).
Highlights:
- 3 year deal
- 2022 – 4% wage increase
- 2023 – 5% wage increase
- 2024 – 2% or Manitoba CPI – whichever is higher
- Increase in shift premium, new Health Spending Account, $250 per year, improvements in discipline and footwear allowance, MOU to look at CAAP DB Pension plan.
Ratification vote to be scheduled shortly.
