Congratulations to the members of UCTE Local 40404, working at the Saskatoon Airport who ratified a new collective agreement.
The four-year collective agreement was approved by the membership on November 14, 2019 and included a
2% per year wage increase for the life of the agreement. Other
improvements include:
- Stand-by payment increased;
- Shift Premium increasing to $2.00 per hour;
- Increase in boot allowance to $290 bi-annually;
- Apprenticeship premium of $1.00 per hour for in-scope non-supervisory employees acting as a mentor to an apprentice (new provision).
